The whole point of life is to EXPERIENCE who you are as you wish to create it. The process of being born means you’ve already chosen to have a spiritual experience through physical being (aka the five senses).
You can now go through life creating your experience consciously with awareness or unconsciously with lack of awareness. You can consciously create your experience aligned with your inner-Self which brings joy and fulfillment or you can unconsciously create your experience aligned with your family’s, co-worker’s, strangers, or society’s opinions and paradigms. Following the latter may lead you to achievement without fulfillment, connections without love, and health without vitality.
To EXPERIENCE a joyful and fulfilling existence you have to routinely connect with your inner-Self which also means routinely eradicating the backlog of stresses and negative thought forms from your subconscious. It’s the negative subconscious thought forms which interfere with the messages you receive from your inner-Self. If you don’t routinely release this backlog, you end up lost, unfulfilled, pointless, and unhappy which leads to a greater crisis of chronic illness, pain, anxiety, and lethargy.

How have you worked out, strengthened, and developed your inner-soul over your lifetime? Why is it that the most important and essential aspect of self is the most neglected? What does one even do to strengthen and condition their inner-soul? Fly to India to an ashram or temple? Spend a year traveling alone?
Before I answer this, let me ask...
What is the spirit aspect of self, the inner-soul?
The first thing to know about inner-spirit is that it is not something you seek to find that exists outside of yourself – god, angels, bible, Holy Spirit, Buddha, etc.
The second thing to know is that it’s not your inner-soul that becomes depleted and weak. It’s that the connection to your inner-soul becomes weak.
It is VERY common to shut off connection to your inner-spirit because of emotional survival. To avoid the bad feelings of pain, disappointment, rejection, etc., you lock down the feeling center which also prevents you from feeling happy and ‘enough’. It’s like you go numb and then you have to rely on your mind to experience life through thought rather than through feeling.
You’ll say...I think I’m happy and good enough but I’m struggling to feel it. You’ll try to convince yourself of happiness but you won’t be able to actually sense it. So you’ll seek outside happiness for the dopamine rush of pleasure which actually lacks true joy. You’ll sabotage success and joy because fear and doubt will hold you back.
The goal of this LIVE class is to show you how to routinely reawaken, recondition, and reconnect with your neglected part of self – the inner-soul so you can EXPERIENCE with an inner-knowing that you are enough, deserve to feel happy, and can create the positive experiences you wish to have.
Why is it important to awaken, condition, and strengthen the connection to your inner-soul?
Your inner-spirit is what guides you. It’s your internal life compass. Without a strong sense of spirit, there is a lack of direction and meaning in life as well as an inability to experience inner joy and endure adversity.
A strong connection to your inner-soul is what makes you feel alive and full of life so you aren’t robotic, empty, or unemotional.
You can’t create the full life you desire by focusing only on the mind and body. Your inner-soul connection needs nurturing, too, if you want to step into your full potential and feel you are enough.
Why does your connection to inner-soul become spiritually weak?
1. social conditioning has had a powerful emphasis on science taking focus away from intangible spirit self,
2. cultural programming has made you feel like spirit exists outside of you,
3. unhealed emotional traumas or trapped negative emotions trigger the emotional survival instinct to shut down or block the heart center from feeling in order to cope. This then creates blocks in the flow of energy in the body which leads to a greater existential crisis such as constant illness or feeling lost, depressed, disconnected, hopeless, and unhappy.
It’s time to acknowledge that your inner-spirit exists even though you can’t see it and that it, too, needs to be regularly nurtured.
Eating healthy and exercising regularly is essential to nurture the body. You can’t go to the gym once a year and expect great results. The same applies to inner-spirit maintenance. It is necessary to take regular action to eradicate the backlog of stresses and negative thought forms stored in the subconscious so that you are able to function in a state far superior to survival mode. By routinely clearing your body, mind, and spirit of fear blocks and emotional traumas you are able to perform far greater than you ever thought yourself to be. You also increase your ability to manifest greater love, health, and wealth into your life.
You actually are by default powerful, calm, confident, and ENOUGH. The abundance blocks and emotional wounds just stand in the way of feeling it.
Now the question...how do you strengthen your connection to your inner-spirit?
The good news is you don’t need to travel anywhere. There are multiple ‘spiritual’ exercises you can routinely do.
And let me be straight up, the way I practice them isn’t woo-wooey or hokey, but in fact, very mainstream.
It involves combining meditation, energy healing, visualization, life coaching, intuitive processes and that’s about it. I don’t burn incense, wave feathers, or hold crystals in my practice. Of course there is nothing wrong with this. It’s just not me.
I’m not New Age or religious or scientific. Because I couldn’t find a space of where I actually fit in, I decided to create my own mould which I have named Integrative Healing. This is what I do and a session with me is far more powerful than conventional sessions. Why? Because I don’t just focus on the mind-body-spirit separately. I work with them as one unified existence.
