Key Principle #1: The Fat Burning System

No matter how much you exercise, success comes down to knowing how to eat in order to switch on the fat burning system. Exercise is great for building and maintaining fitness levels, reducing stress, and even preventing illness, however, it’s not essential when it comes to losing weight. It’s about knowing how to turn on the fat-burning system.

Key Principle #2: The Eight False Body Hungers

Willpower initiates your intention and direction to transcend transformation, but it can’t by itself create the change. In order to be successful you can’t just rely on willpower. It lasts like a day or maybe three. To be successful you need to understand the seven main false body hungers which trigger food cravings. When you know these hungers and understand how to address them, those food impulses driving you to the pantry or fridge will be a thing of the past.

Key Principle #3: Eat Healthy, Wholesome Food

It takes protein powders, diet pills, starvation, and complicated food plans to get results…A BIG FAT FALSE. All you need is healthy, wholesome food in the right amount and the right combination. You will even learn about fabulous food substitutions so you can continue to eat many of the recipes you currently love.

Key Principle #4: Believe In Yourself

All of your belief systems are a result of your past experiences and the emotions felt as a direct result. There comes a time when you must question those beliefs. As Henry Ford famously quoted, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't – you're right.” This truly emphasizes how much thought and belief determine your success or failure.

Key Principle #5: True Freedom Is Only Experienced Through Discipline

Being truly free of excess body weight can only be achieved through discipline. Freedom without discipline - habits, routine, and rules - leads to chaos. Living carefree and undisciplined with the belief to eat anything, anytime, anywhere will give you superficial freedom upfront sacrificing true freedom down the road such as feeling healthy and beautiful in your own skin.

There are two types of freedoms.
1. Freedom without boundaries - living in the moment doing anything, anywhere which provides superficial short term pleasure. A moment on the lips lasts a lifetime on the hips.
2. Freedom with boundaries - living the long game to achieve BIG goals which creates genuine joy. Eating not what you necessarily want but instead what makes you thrive.
