THE PROBLEM

You’ve hit a road block in life. (Maybe it’s a relationship problem. Maybe it’s a work problem).

You feel stressed. Overwhelmed. Can’t think straight. 

You can’t turn your mind off. Can’t sleep. You are short-tempered with people. You start drinking or eating poorly. 

Life begins to spiral out of control. You lose your joy. You’re exhausted. You forget how to smile and have fun. Can’t recall what a good day feels like. 

If you don’t quiet your mind, you won’t be able to relax, heal or get clarity on a resolution to your problem. You’ll stay stuck. Even worse, you’ll make yourself ill.


THE SOLUTION

In order to distinctly see a path forward and feel better, you will need to start with these two steps to begin your healing journey:

  1. Ask for help. There’s a huge misconception that help is weakness. It’s not. In fact, humans can’t get through life without help. You need someone to interrupt the block in your mind. You simply aren’t able to see what you are unaware of until someone with a fresh lens points it out for you. Once you have awareness you can then begin to change your perspective. Trying to fix and figure it out alone will prolong your healing. You’ll keep repeating the sabotaging pattern.

  2. Take a time-out. You need to carve out time and space for stillness so you can access your higher wisdom. A quiet mind will allow you to connect with your creativity, intuition and moral compass. Accessing these mechanisms will provide you clear guidance on YOUR path forward and allow you to feel balanced, calm, and connected to yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 30 minutes of gentle yoga and a guided meditation to relax the parasympathetic system and switch on your body’s natural healing capabilities. Many people don’t know how to quiet the mind during yoga and meditation. I will teach you.

  • Quiet space to unwind with a tea or lemon water while you enjoy the scenic nature view, calm the mind, sit in gratitude, and get reacquainted with yourself. No distractions.

  • Intuitive counselling to help you sort out your thoughts, provide you advice, clear up misunderstandings, release negative emotions, and validate your worth.

  • Chakra energy healing to balance your body’s energy flow, clear negative blocks, feel a spiritual connectivity, and nourish your soul.
