You may think that the purpose of meditation is to clear the mind and release all thoughts. This is a myth. The mind thinks involuntarily just as the heart beats involuntarily. You can’t consciously stop the beating of your heart. This is the same as thoughts. The goal of meditating isn’t to control your thoughts from not entering. It’s to stop letting your ego thoughts control you. When you control your thoughts, you are able to hear your soul.
The simple premise of meditation is to: 1) communicate with universe and 2) fill your spiritual bucket. By becoming relaxed and in control of thoughts, you are able to go deep into the subconscious where you create your life consciously with intention. You can attract abundance. You revitalize your life source. You live with more peace and balance which is created from within. You can heal your body and mind. You access answers to your life’s difficult questions.
Silence isn’t empty. It’s full of answers.
Think of meditation like exercise. You can get through life without exercise, but it’s not recommended. Also, just like exercise you need to consistently workout over time. One trip to the gym won’t get you the results you want.

You just have to show up and I guide you through the rest. You don’t have to spend time reading books and learning tips and tricks. You don’t have to think about it. You just start meditating.
Each meditation session is unique. I follow a few basic principles each session but I change it up each time to keep it adventurous for you and to allow you to experience multiple benefits.

Notes
Each meditation will be approximately 20-30 minutes in length.
Your video will be turned off and sound muted to reduce any background noise.
Once the class starts, we’ll start with a few words of inspiration and empowerment. Then we’ll dive right into the meditation.
Using earphones helps with sound quality and reduces background noise and distractions.
I will record the stream so if you are unable to make the class, you can still follow a recording at a later time. The link for the recording will be posted approximately 5 minutes after class and will be available for a week.
