It can play with your mind, make you want to give up, and propel you straight to the cupboard to just eat that darn piece of chocolate.

How Can A Weight Loss Plateau Coach Help?

As an experienced yo-yo dieter, I can empathize with you. I’ve been there and get it. As your coach I will validate that you are human and aren’t crazy. I will empower you to break a plateau by identifying areas for improvement and providing support and encouragement as you work toward your goal. I will educate you on why plateaus happen, explain to you what to do, follow up with you on tweaks you need to make, and most importantly, check in on you to make sure you are sticking to the changes.

As a weight loss plateau coach, I won’t just prescribe a diet or recommend forms of exercise – I will be your mental health coach, too. I’ll let you know when you need emotional support and counselling as you go and guide and support you through it.
